BBuild my reviews

Terms of Service

Last updated: 26 August 2026

These Terms govern your use of Build my reviews (the "Service"), provided by L&AS VENTURES SINGLE MEMBER PRIVATE COMPANY, Zeppou 33, 16675 Glyfada, Greece, G.E.M.I. 181503803000, AFM 802718607 ("we", "us"). By creating an account you accept these Terms.

1. Definitions

Merchant — the business that subscribes to the Service. Player — a customer of the Merchant who uses a Player Page. Listing — a business location the Merchant adds to the Service. Player Page — the page a Player reaches by scanning a QR code or following a link, where they create an account, spin the wheel and receive a Prize. Prize — the reward the Merchant offers and honours. Spin — one use of the wheel by a Player.

2. The Service

The Service lets a Merchant configure a prize wheel per Listing, generate QR codes and links, invite their own customers to play, deliver Prizes by e-mail, and see reports on scans, spins, review-link clicks and redemptions. We provide the software; the Merchant provides and honours the Prizes.

3. Accounts

You must give accurate registration details and keep your access secure. You are responsible for everything done under your account, including by the team members you invite. You must be at least 18 and act on behalf of a business. One workspace per business; you may add Listings within the limits of your plan.

4. Plans, limits and fair use

Plan features and limits are shown on our pricing page and inside the Service. Where a plan is described as "unlimited", fair use applies: sustained use above 20,000 Spins per month across the workspace may be subject to a discussion about a suitable plan. We will contact you before taking any action. We may change plans, features and prices with 30 days' notice; changes do not affect the price of a term you have already paid for.

5. Payments

Subscriptions are sold through Paddle.com Market Ltd, our reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle collects payment, issues the invoice and handles VAT, and Paddle's Buyer Terms apply to the transaction. Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account or through the Paddle receipt; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Refunds are governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

6. Free trial

Where a free trial is offered, it runs for the period stated at checkout and converts into a paid subscription at the end unless you cancel before it ends. One trial per business.

7. Merchant responsibilities — review platforms, prizes and promotions

This section matters more than any other. Read it.

(a) Review platform rules are yours to follow. Google, Trustpilot, Yelp, Tripadvisor, Facebook, Pages Jaunes and every other platform set their own rules about how businesses may ask for reviews. Those rules change. Google's Rating Manipulation policy, for example, prohibits offering any incentive in exchange for a review and prohibits pressuring customers to leave reviews on the premises. You are solely responsible for ensuring that the way you configure and use the Service complies with the rules of every platform you send Players to, and with the consumer, advertising and unfair-practices law of every country you operate in.

(b) Default settings are the conservative ones. The Service ships with the review request shown after the Prize is revealed, alongside an equally prominent option to skip. We recommend this configuration and it is the default on every plan.

(c) Optional configurations you choose at your own risk. The Service also offers a configuration in which the Prize is revealed only after the Player has followed a review link, optionally after a timer ("locked flow"). This configuration is not compliant with Google's review policy and may result in reviews being removed, your business profile being flagged or restricted, and possible action by consumer protection authorities. It is off by default, it is presented with a warning inside the Service, it can be switched off in one click, and if you enable it you do so knowingly and at your own risk. We accept no liability arising from your choice to enable it.

(d) We never gate by sentiment. The Service does not, and you may not attempt to make it, filter Players by the rating they intend to leave, route only satisfied customers to a public platform, suppress negative feedback, write reviews on a Player's behalf, or require proof that a review was posted. Any attempt to use the Service in that way is a material breach.

(e) Prizes and promotional games. You are the promoter of any prize game you run. You decide the Prizes, the odds and the validity, you publish the game rules required in your jurisdiction, and you honour every Prize you issue. Prizes must be lawful, must not be cash where local law restricts it, must not target minors and must be genuinely available. We are not a party to the game and have no obligation to any Player in respect of a Prize.

(f) Your own customers. You may only invite your own customers, in your own premises or through your own channels. You may not buy traffic to Player Pages, incentivise strangers, or use the Service to generate reviews from people who have not been your customers.

8. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to break the law, infringe rights, send unsolicited marketing, upload malicious code, probe or overload our infrastructure, resell the Service without our written agreement, or misrepresent your identity or your business.

9. Data protection

Each party's role is set out in our Privacy Policy. In summary: for Merchant account data we act as controller; for Player data we act as processor on your instructions and you are the controller. Our Data Processing Agreement forms part of these Terms and applies automatically — you do not need to sign anything, though we will sign a copy on request.

10. Intellectual property

We own the Service and everything in it except your content. You keep ownership of your logo, brand, prize names, text and data. You grant us the licence needed to host and display them in order to run the Service for you. Feedback you send us may be used without obligation.

11. Availability and support

We aim for high availability but do not promise uninterrupted service. Maintenance is normally announced in advance. Support is by e-mail at support@buildmyreviews.app on business days; paid plans get priority.

12. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that materially breaches these Terms, that puts our infrastructure or our other customers at risk, or that we are legally required to suspend. Where practical we give notice and a chance to fix the problem first. On termination your workspace is downgraded or closed; we keep your data for 30 days so you can export it, then delete it, except where we must keep records by law.

13. Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or anything that cannot be limited by law, and nothing limits the statutory rights of a consumer. Subject to that: we provide the Service "as is"; we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, goodwill or data; and our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid in that period. We are specifically not liable for the removal, suppression or non-appearance of any review, for any action taken by a review platform against your business, or for any Prize you fail to honour.

14. Indemnity

You will indemnify us against claims, losses and costs arising from your use of the Service in breach of these Terms, from the Prizes you offer, from the way you invite your customers, and from any action by a review platform or an authority relating to your configuration of the Service.

15. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes are notified by e-mail or in the Service at least 30 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the new version.

16. Law and jurisdiction

Greek law applies. The courts of Athens, Greece have exclusive jurisdiction, except that a consumer may also bring proceedings in the courts of their own country of residence and benefits from the mandatory consumer protection rules of that country.
