Is this actually allowed?
The way we set it up by default, yes. Nobody is rewarded for leaving a review — the prize is for creating an account, it's awarded before any review is mentioned, and the ask can be skipped with one tap. That keeps you inside Google's policy. There are more aggressive settings available, we mark them clearly as risky, and they're switched off unless you turn them on.
What prizes should I offer?
Whatever costs you margin rather than cash: a free add-on service, a discount on your own products, a sample. We show the expected cost per spin while you set the odds, so you know exactly what a busy month costs before you print anything. Most businesses land between €5 and €10 a spin.
Do I need a developer?
No. Add your location, pick your prizes, print the QR code. Ten minutes, and the guide walks through every screen. If you have a website, there's a copy-paste snippet to put the wheel on it too.
How do I stop people spinning over and over?
One spin per person per location every 30 days, checked by account and by device. The QR carries a token, so a link shared on social media can't be used to farm prizes. Your staff are excluded automatically.
Can my customers use it in French, Spanish or Greek?
Yes. The customer-facing page follows the language you set for each location, and the emails follow it too.
What happens to the customer data?
It's yours. You can export it or delete any customer at any time, consent is recorded with a timestamp, and we act as your processor under a data processing agreement that's already written and needs no signature. We never sell it and never use it across other businesses.
