Subscriptions to Build my reviews are sold by L&AS Ventures, which is the seller of record. Card payments are processed by Stripe. This is the policy we apply to our own product, and it is more generous than the law requires.
Free plan and free trial
The Free plan costs nothing and needs no card. Where a free trial is offered on a paid plan, no payment is taken until the trial ends; cancel before the last day of the trial and you are never charged.
30-day money-back guarantee on your first payment
If the Service is not right for you, write to support@buildmyreviews.app within 30 days of your first payment on any plan — monthly, yearly or three-year — and we will refund it in full. No conditions, no forms. Refunds are issued to the original payment method through Stripe, normally within 5 to 10 business days.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time from the Plan page in your dashboard or from the billing portal linked in any receipt. Cancellation stops the next renewal; your plan keeps working until the end of the period you have already paid for, and your workspace then moves to the Free plan. Nothing is deleted when you cancel — your locations, QR codes, displays and customer data stay, within the limits of the Free plan.
Renewals
Renewal payments are not refundable after the 30-day window described above, except where the law of your country requires otherwise. We send a reminder before every yearly and three-year renewal so a renewal never comes as a surprise. If a renewal was charged in error, tell us and we will fix it.
Long-term plans
Yearly and three-year plans are discounted because they are paid up front. Beyond the 30-day guarantee we do not refund the unused part of a long-term plan, but if your circumstances change materially — you close the business, or sell it — write to us and we will find a fair solution, including transferring the remaining term to the new owner.
Consumers in the EU
If you buy as a consumer rather than as a business, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts. By starting to use the Service immediately you ask us to begin performance during that period; you can still use our 30-day guarantee, which is more generous.
Failed payments
If a payment fails, Stripe retries the card over a few days and we e-mail you. If it still fails, the workspace moves to the Free plan. Your data is kept and everything resumes when payment succeeds.
Chargebacks
Please write to us first — almost everything is solved with an e-mail, and a chargeback costs us a fee and suspends the account automatically while it is investigated.
